Christmas Show 2015

Christmas Show 2015

It's Christmas and the Arlingtones are on their way to Grandma's, singing a few on the way to liven the spirits.
Well, Jim did miss his afternoon nap...
The Chordmasters did their bit with a public service announcement about the risks that shopping malls hold for gentleman. (You had to be there to appreciate its importance.)
Terry takes some heat for his impatience manifested by his repeated query,, "Are we there yet?".  Haven't we all heard that one a few hundred times. Usually started about 10 minutes from the front door.  What do they do now with in-car video, iphones, etc.?
The Hooligans felt that it was beginning to look a lot like Christmas.  Sounds like it could be a song title.
Even Gene Autry was along for the ride You remember Gene Autry don't you? How about Roy Rogers, Tom Mix, Red Ryder, Lash Larue,...
The ladies came on a separate bus but also contributed a song for the evening's entertainmnt.
Even the audience got involved with a stirring (at least it was enthusiastic) rendition of "The Twelve Days of Christmas"..
Would you believe,...a kick line? But the Rockettes have nothing to fear.  The guys all live in the area and don't want to commute.
Another quartet?  Of course.  That's what it's all about.  Four guys and a song, What else could one possbly need?

Music alone, with sudden charms,  Can bind the wand'ring sense and calm the troubled mind.

 William Congreve (1629-1730)

And finally, a heart-felt " We Wish You A Merry Christmaas" from the Arlingtones.
